Sustainability is our top priority. For this reason, only ecologically sound building materials found on the property were used in the construction of the building. Our energy supply comes from solar thermal systems for hot water and photovoltaic systems for electricity. On average, we generate approximately 5,000 kWh of electricity per year and consume approximately 3,500 kWh. In this way, we make a positive contribution to environmental protection and the fight against climate change.
