- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds of 90x190 that can be assembled into a King size 180x190 on request.
- The living room includes an open kitchen, a large dining table, lounge with a large smart TV and digital bouquet as well as a Google Nest mini smart speaker. The fireplace is decorative, not functional.

The kitchen is very well equipped: American fridge (freezer, water dispenser, ice maker), dishwasher, double compartment oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, Nespresso capsule espresso machine/l'Or du café, toaster, kettle etc.

The bathroom includes: walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet, washer-dryer.

Wi-Fi (very fast fiber), is available free of charge throughout the property including the swimming pool and almost the entire property.

The house has an apartment upstairs occupied by the owners.

The swimming pool with salted water (does not sting the eyes) is shared with the owners. Exclusivity periods can be set. The pool house (not inhabited) is not included in the rental.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for July and August. Please contact us for other periods.

The property is equipped with outdoor cameras: One is located on the facade, facing the access and the parking space. Another is located on the facade of the pool house and is deactivated on request. Others are installed in the spaces reserved for the owners on the back and the west facade.
