Close to Station F and BNF. 10 years of very good evaluations (Only-Apartments bankrupt!). Fiber internet access.

It need to be cleaned cleaned, person who received us was very good, he helped us to know how move in Paris

It was fine thr kitchen had everything you could need The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and the comforter was little to old. All of the cleaning products and mops and rags that were dirty were scattered about. The place could have been cleaner. However the host was wonderful and very helpful I would stay there again. The location was great

Convenient location, and easy communication with owner. Good amount of space. Comfortable bed, and comfortable chairs for sitting. Supermarket, transportation, and conveniences nearby.
