The apartment was great, but when we arrived it was evident that it hadn’t been used for some time. We had to clean it when we arrived and the patio was filthy as were the sun beds. The shower flooded and they were slow to fix it. In the 5 weeks we were there apart from contacting Alfesco Stays re the shower and the TV, we didn’t hear from them at all. We did not have any cleaners in the 5 weeks and done all our own laundry.

The location of the appartement is on the outskirts of the urbanizacion, on a quiet dead-end street, perfect for walking with our dog. Within 5 minutes you are in the hills and countryside with lots of opportunities to walk.
And extra bonus is the beach which is also only 5 minutes away trough a tunnel underpass, the special (small) dog beach is right next to it. The.appartement has a big southsided combine terrace with the 2 nabouring houses, but we had it for our own since the other ones were not occopied.
The appartment is very comfortable, clean, kitchen well equiped and the beds are good.
