Inside, the home offers over 2,500 square feet of comfortable living space filled with natural light and beautiful ocean views. While the home is not new construction and has a classic beach cottage feel, it is well maintained and designed for comfortable coastal living. The split unit air conditioning systems work very well during the summer months, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

The private beach access area directly in front of the home is shared with the lower unit, 6B Plum Royale Jr, which accommodates up to six adults. Guests also have direct access to the public beach that stretches for miles north and south along the coastline.

This is one of the best locations on Plum Island with easy access on and off the island while still being within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach.

Parking on Plum Island can be limited, but this property includes two private parking spaces for guests. Additional public parking lots are located nearby, including one directly across the street with an automated pay station.

Please note that BBQ grills are seasonally unavailable from November through April due to weather conditions.
