Magical! Fireflies, wild cotton-tail bunnies, beautiful birds, and more truly make for a memorable experience. This listing deserves more than 5-stars. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you for helping to make my visit to Rochester a pleasant one.

Lovely home! Great location close to Mayo. Very charming neighborhood. Many nice touches! Will definitely book again if it’s available when we come back. 10/10

Shelly and Shawn were excellent at communication before and during our stay. The home is as described. It is in a quiet neighborhood and only about 8 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Easy to find things from there. Beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful, bathrooms easy to use.The sunroom that doubles as an eating area is especially nice.Having a garage is nice! There were some surprisingly excellent restaurants nearby - notable Ichi Tokyo and Pho Chau.Could have used just a few more things in the kitchen for those who like to or need to cook, but nothing major was missing. And it does take a bit to warm up the living room and downstairs, but these are minor things. All in all, I'd rate this a solid excellent.
