There is one parking spot in the driveway with almost unlimited parking across the street at the park.

Other things to note: The apartment is located in the basement. This is a family home :) You can hear our footsteps upstairs. This is a family friendly neighborhood with neighborhood sounds of children playing outside, lawnmowers, etc...
