A few steps down lead to the sleeping area, which includes a master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds that can be joined or separated as needed, and a mezzanine accessible by a ladder with a 140x190cm bed, ideal for a child or teenager. Each bedroom is equipped with a large storage unit, a small desk, and an exterior entrance with a shutter. There is also a separate toilet with a hand basin and a shower room with a sink and storage.

Outside, enjoy a large 17 m² covered terrace facing southwest, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a 50 m² lawn. The owners' swimming pool, located in front of the house and shared with the caravan, is heated to 28°C, accessible according to set hours, and protected by a low enclosure for safe swimming. Conditions: accessible from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, from the beginning of May to the end of October (weather permitting).
