We had a great stay very homely and felt safe

Communication was good as we didn't not know how to operate the thermostat. It was a Nest thermostat and we could not figure out how to switch from cold to heat. He ended up sending a video. The property was as shown. We enjoyed our stay and the views of the mountains. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms as well.

Upon arriving at the property, it wasn't clean. Found out from the property manager that the cleaning crew had to leave to work on another property that was trashed. He worked with us so we won't have to leave after traveling 8 hours. We cleaned the property and he reimbursed us for cleaning. Inside items need to be fixed or replaced. Otherwise the property was convenient to Universal Studios which we were there for.
