Everything was excellent. We enjoyed it! The kids are already trying to plan our next trip and want to stay here again.

Nice, clean crash pad that we used as a base for exploring Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and beyond. It’s a very simple place, but roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Walkable from the center of town, which was great.

Great place for our business trip. Close enough to walk downtown. Hot tub was a great way to end the day. I will try to book it again next year.

The best thing about this property is the price. Check in was easy and smooth, but the property leaves a little to be desired. Was a strong smell of food when we first walked in. The house needs a number or repairs and a coat of paint. Some of the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed. Both bedrooms are upstairs and neither has a functional closet or dresser to unpack into. Additionally, the primary bedroom looks out onto the hot tub which would be great if you didn’t share this with the 3 other units on the property. When we checked in there were other people using the hot tub 10 feet from our bedroom window. The fact that the hot tub is a shared space was never disclosed on the listing. Not a bad location, pretty close to downtown and the observatory but wouldn’t stay here again.
