SOUTH-FACING POOL & SPA, GAME ROOM & NO REAR NEIGHBORS NEAR DISNEY

Make the most of the Florida sunshine at this spacious 6-bedroom Solara Resort vacation home featuring a private south-facing pool and spa, no rear neighbors, a game room, and an upstairs loft. Located approximately 7 miles from Walt Disney World, this Kissimmee home accommodates up to 12 guests and combines private family entertainment with access to one of Solara Resort's signature attractions—the Surf Simulator.

The home's location makes it easy to experience the best of Central Florida. Walt Disney World is approximately 7 miles away, Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, and shopping, dining, entertainment, golf, and Orlando's other famous attractions are all within convenient reach.

One of the home's standout features is the private south-facing pool and spa. The south-facing orientation is ideal for families who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine while enjoying their private outdoor space.

With no rear neighbors, the pool area also provides a more peaceful setting for relaxing between theme park adventures. Start the morning outside before heading to Disney, spend an afternoon swimming when everyone needs a break from the parks, or return home and unwind beside the water after an exciting Orlando day.

The screened lanai, spacious pool deck, patio, and outdoor furniture create an inviting extension of the home's living space. Adults can relax poolside while the kids swim, or everyone can gather outside and enjoy the warm Central Florida weather together.

The private spa provides another place to relax at the end of the day. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

Inside, the dedicated game room adds even more entertainment with air hockey, foosball, and basketball hoops. Challenge the family to some friendly competition, let the kids enjoy the games between trips to the theme parks, or spend an evening together without having to leave the home.

Upstairs, the loft provides another comfortable gathering space with a flat-screen cable TV. Having a separate loft in addition to the main living room and game room gives larger families and groups more options to spread out and relax throughout the vacation.

The six-bedroom configuration offers flexible accommodations for up to 12 guests. A downstairs king bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom provides a convenient private retreat and is especially useful for guests who prefer to avoid stairs when heading to their bedroom.

Upstairs, a queen ensuite bedroom offers additional privacy for adults or couples. Three more queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom provide flexible sleeping arrangements for extended families and groups, with Jack-and-Jill bathroom configurations adding convenience to the upstairs accommodations.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher, providing everything needed to prepare meals and snacks at home. Enjoy breakfast before heading to Walt Disney World, return for a relaxed lunch beside the pool, or gather everyone together for dinner after another memorable day exploring Orlando.

Flat-screen cable TVs are available in the living room, upstairs loft, and every bedroom, giving everyone entertainment options when it's time to unwind. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps guests connected, while a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide the everyday conveniences families appreciate during longer stays.

Beyond the home, Solara Resort gives families even more ways to enjoy their vacation. Its tropical resort pool and Surf Simulator provide exciting alternatives to a day at the theme parks, while the expansive clubhouse and additional recreation areas offer activities for children and adults.

Whether you're soaking up the Florida sunshine beside your south-facing private pool, enjoying the added privacy of having no rear neighbors, challenging the family in the game room, taking on the Surf Simulator at Solara Resort, or making unforgettable memories at Walt Disney World approximately 7 miles away, this vacation home gives your group plenty of ways to enjoy every day of the Orlando experience.
