Welcome to Sunrise in Salvo, NC! This stunning 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath home offers breathtaking ocean views that will exceed your every expectation. From the moment you enter this well-appointed home, you will be captivated by its open and airy layout, expansive windows, and soaring ceilings, all of which seamlessly blend the outdoors with the indoors.
The top floor has the kitchen, a sun room, queen bedroom and full bath. An expansive deck provides spectacular ocean views. The middle floor boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a den (with sleeper sofa). The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, 1.5 baths, game room with pool table and full-size refrigerator + microwave. The 12 ft x 32 ft private pool, hot tub and 2 outdoor showers await outside. Take a walk over the dunes to enjoy a day at the beach.
Maximum two housebroken dogs. No other pets permitted.
TV streaming service provided. No cable TV.
Pool season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 11/9
- 2026: 3/29 - 11/8
Hot tub season:
- 2025: 3/30 - 1/4/26
- 2026: 3/29 - 1/3/27
Sheets, bed making (minus top bunks and sleeper sofa) and bath towel sets are provided for all stays. Bath towel sets are provided for the number of people indicated in the reservation, and each set includes a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth.
Guests to furnish their own cleaning supplies, paper products and beach towels. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap is provided to guests.
This home has a Sunday turnover and requires weekly rentals in high season. There is flexibility on check-in day during the low season. There is a keyless entry. Guests will receive a Welcome Guide from VRBO via email 3 days prior to check-in with their access code.
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera facing the driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces.

Great family vacation. House was laid out well and everyone was comfortable.

The location of the home and views of the beach are incredible. The home is spacious, kitchen well stocked, the deck chairs, pool & hot tub are great and the chairs & shade tent provided for the beach are nice amenities. The bedding is ok and we slept well. However, the house has seen few updates, the windows are dingy, the shades broken, light fixtures and fans are in rough shape and the carpet worn. There are not outlets by many of the beds. The path to the beach is a bit overgrown. We had a good time and were generally comfortable. The house was priced less than comparable updated homes in the area. This is a value priced option for those needing space and wanting to be directly on the beach.

Everything was great. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The host was super responsive. The walk to the beach was a little tough for some of our party, doable but tough for the little ones and older ones. I'm sad that we are not able to come back this same week next year, but will absolutely check this place for availabilty when I get my next dates!
