The apartment features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette, and is suitable for up to 2 people.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook. It features two induction burners, an under-counter refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom is bright and spacious and includes a shower.

The apartment also has a washing machine.

Renovation work is currently underway on the building’s facade, and scaffolding is in place.

Upon your arrival, we’ll hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID to complete the registration process.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 6.30 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan).

We can arrange late check-in outside the regular check-in hours, provided it is arranged at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros from 8:00 PM until midnight and 50 euros from midnight until 2:00 AM.
