This 3 bed 2 bath island oasis will take you back to the days of old Florida charm, but in a modern and well appointed setting. It is nestled away on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
Located within walking distance to the award winning Beach Bistro and many other shops and restaurants, this home will give you everything you want in an island escape, while still allowing you the luxuries that you would hope for on a tropical vacation. Featuring a private, heated, salt water pool and spa with multi-colored light show.
The oversized deck directly off the kitchen and family room, benefits from continual sea breeze while allowing guests to admire the lush tropical landscaping. Deck is complete with seating for 12 and a BBQ grill.
As you retire for the evening, you'll find an oversized master bedroom and bath (walk-in shower, double vanity, jacuzzi tub) with walk-in closet (the closet is the perfect size for a travel crib and offers complete blockage from light). The second bedroom is complete with a king bed and large accordion door closet. Lastly, the third bedroom features a bunk bed with a lower double bed and upper twin bed. Additionally, there is a trundle bed underneath.
***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This house is located a few blocks from Holmes Beach which is between the two bigger beaches; Manatee and Anna Maria. We really liked that because is it less crowded and quieter. There is plenty of room for 6 people in the bedrooms and front porch but it’s a bit tight in the living room. The front porch is fabulous but could use new cushions for the furniture…they are quite used. The pool is great and the outdoor shower is super convenient when coming home from the beach. All told, a comfortable house in a great location

We had a great week-long stay at Sea Breeze! Beautiful and clean house - lots of room for our family of 4. Super comfortable beds. Great porch!! Loved the swing and outdoor dining option. Pool was a nice luxury too. Close to all of our favorites and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was perfect for cooking in some nights - everything we needed. We’d love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze! We did have an issue getting the door unlocked when we arrived. We called the emergency number and were assisted immediately. The only recommendation I would have is that each bedroom have a good fan. Definitely recommend this place!
