This brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner unit townhome is the perfect base to explore Downtown Traverse City and nearby Lake Michigan by foot. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 and boasts a private rooftop deck with city and water views. High-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and modern amenities are included to make your stay convenient and memorable!
Located in the heart of downtown; steps away from North Peak Brewing Company and Lake Michigan! Walkable to beaches and everything downtown!

This private townhome is 4 levels tall and contains 3 sets of stairs.
You'll enter on the ground level through a private garage. To access the main level (living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room), you'll immediately climb one set of stairs. Go up another set of stairs to access the two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The private rooftop deck is accessible from a spiral staircase.
One parking space is provided in the private garage. The space can easily accommodate small- to mid-sized vehicles, but may not fit larger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks: The dimensions are 8'6" wide x 17'6" long. The condo was great! Very nicely decorated, great location. We walked to the downtown shops and dinner. Also close to the wine trails. The host was great at communicating timely and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay.

It was a beautiful home in the perfect location. Probably the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental I've ever stayed in (which we loved because we cook a lot!).

Great place to stay! Clean and quiet. Walkable to restaurants and the beach!. 2 nice bedrooms with king size beds. Garage easily fit my mid size SUV.
