This unit at Sea Side Villas met all my needs. Clean and well maintained rooms, short walk to the beach, and close enough to walk to Coligny for all my favorite restaurants and shops. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided a local contact if I needed immediate assistance. There were 2 bikes available for my use.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick getaway and we enjoyed our stay! The walk to the beach was nice and they do have chairs and a cooler for your use, which was nice. Overall, the place was clean however there was a table with baskets that had a significant amount of visible mold on it. I notified the owner and she did have someone quickly come to remove it. My wife is asthmatic, allergic to mold and currently pregnant. She did have some symptoms from the exposure. Also, they wanted us to drive to some other place to pick up extra towels and toilet paper, which was inconvenient, so we just ended up buying more of our own. There is also a pull-out couch that we were going to use but had some type of brown substance on the sheets and bottom of the couch so that needs to be cleaned. The owner was very friendly, but these things could use some attention.
