Beautiful, clean condo right on the intracoastal. The balcony was large and we enjoyed coffee out there every morning watching the boats go by. Kitchen was very well stocked. The host was thoughtful in everything she provided in her home.As a side note, as a peri-menopausal woman, I appreciated the robust a/c unit in June. I was able to sleep well at night. We’ve stayed at this building before in a different unit and that host locked the a/c controls so I couldn’t lower it. Not cool! This host understands what guests need and appreciate in a short-term rental and we will definitely rent from her again.

Absolutely loved staying here! We’ve stayed in other units in this building, but this one was by far our favorite. We loved having our own private deck to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the dock was perfect for relaxing sunny afternoons. You truly can’t beat the location — everything you could need is within walking distance. The owner was top-notch and quick to help with any questions we had. We will definitely be back!
