Our group are engineers who were in Tenerfie for work. We found this beautiful villa and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we checked in with Vladlena - who was absolutely AWESOME! - to the moment we checked out, our stay was phenomenal. The property was spotless, beds comfortable, pool area very relaxing and neighborhood quite and serene. This villa is located a short drive from the beaches and parking is too easy with ample room on the street. Rent this villa for your vacation! It'd be perfect for a family. Thank you Vladlena!

The villa it self has a nice view all over costa adeje. The pool is nice and with good heating for the winter month. Check in and communication with agent went great. Everything was taken care of immediately.
The villa it self is old. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Sofa in the living room and furniture around the pool are old and broken.
Water in most of the showers haven't gone warm.
Villa hasn't seen maintenance and renovation for years. Whole place needs a deep clean.
Ways to the city and supermarkets etc. are short.
We had a nice holiday but the villa is not worth the money you have to pay.
Alot needs to be done to bring this place back to modern state.
