The Space:

'The Pacific Blue' at The Blue Haven is a first floor property, in a classic historic two-story Charleston home in the heart of downtown. The open kitchen & living area offers a tranquil setting, while an historic hallway leads to the private bedrooms & bathrooms. The traditional piazza offers a comfortable, shaded place to relax outside.



The Pacific Blue at the Blue Haven accommodates up to 8 guests between 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.



Flex Bedroom #1 – King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bathroom

Flex Bedroom #2 – King bed (or two twins) + Full bath suite adjacent

Bedroom #3 – King bed + Shared ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #4 – King bed + Ensuite bathroom



*All ‘Flex’ rooms can be converted from King beds to two twins when requested*

Guest Access:

Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.



Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock to the rear of the building for all Blue Haven and Dune Cottages guests to use as needed.

Cannonborough Elliotborough is a charming, hip neighborhood, dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries & bakeries. Residents, students, & vacationers enjoy a walkable lifestyle, just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.



Getting Around:

Located in the heart of the downtown peninsula, with a neighborhood location Rated a 97/100 walkability score. Explore Charleston with ease.



Too hot or too far to walk? Not a problem, Charleston offers a variety of transportation options such as a free downtown shuttle, pedicab, or ride share companies.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. You are responsible for informing us that you are traveling with your pet(s).



Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is not issued by the Governor of South Carolina, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply, and no refund will be issued.
