Wonderful well established house, nice owner, calm location. Perhaps a bakery to reach on a walk is missed, but with Car all needs easily to fulfill.Very beautiful original Region, definitely not our last stay at Bretagne.

Excellent accueil, excellent sejour

"A well kept small house within walking distance of Dinard amenities (about 20 minutes' walk) but in a quiet residential area near the 'Barrage'. Small sandy beach a few hundred meters away not suitable for swimming but larger sandy beaches in Dinard have good facilities. Supermarkets and facilities 2km in Dinard and La Richardais or about the same distance away on the main road. No local shops but there is a creperie close by and a hotel/restaurant. The house is well equipped with a little garden in which children can enjoy themselves or to take the sun. Furnishings are comfortable. Decking outside was due some repair when we visited but was usable. Sat TV (mainly French channels), DVD player, Broadband and wifi were all useful. There is a restriction on downloads through the broadband/wifi, though, so not allowed to download videos or stream anything etc. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and all necessary cleaning equipment etc provided with the rent. Roselynne was very helpful and the arrangements for handover of keys worked well. We had her phone number in case we needed help but we did not need to use it. There is a dossier of house and tourist information which proved very useful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone wishing to holiday near St Malo/Dinard."
