Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.

Located in the center of the malecón - close to everything.

Host was welcoming. Condo was roomy and airy.

This property worked well for our family. The location and size were just right. I was disappointed that we arrived to find one of four toilets unusable and not all of the hurricane blinds working. We reported a chirping smoke detector that remained unfixed so we attempted to sleep through it for 2 nights. For what we paid, everything should be in good working order and requests for maintenance should be addressed immediately.

I enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony. The condo was just across the street from the Pacific Ocean and the walkway that goes for miles.
On the 15th floor you have some space from the vibrant street life to relax.
