Walking distance from the wedding venues, many restaurants and bars. 45 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and Daytona Beach. 1 hour away Kennedy Space center. 15 mn driving from the Sanford International Airport. 15 mn driving to the Sanford ZOO, Lots to discover in Central Florida.

Beautiful historic home with all the modern amenities. Host was super responsive. House was immaculate! Within walking distance to what I think is one of the coolest towns in central FL.

Great spot for a family gathering. We had a comfortable stay. House was clean and just as advertised. A/C worked great and house was well stocked with everything we needed. Water pressure was a little low but didn’t cause any problems. We’d definitely reserve this place again.

The house was amazing and clean. We loved it! Dan was great with communication. We were able to walk to everything, including our daughter's wedding venue. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Walkable to downtown and Riverwalk. Nice green parks in the area. Well stocked kitchen and a large backyard.
