My stay in the cottage was great!! ... It's in the perfect location for walking in downtown Petaluma with already access to stores, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Frank was very helpful and the welcome gifts and extra touches were unexpected and much appreciated . I would definitely stay again when I'm the area.

The cutest little place to stay near Downtown Petaluma! Short walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and parks. The host was great and even left us a friendly note, bottle of wine, and chocolate almonds. We brought our 11 month old and felt completely safe during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Frank was very communicative and kind. His apartment was as pictured, mattress comfortable, and adequate storage. It was very quiet, and easy parking on the street. 10min walk to dowtown. I would definitely rent the place again.
