We offer our guests a typical and intimate Tuscan house, divided into two apartments with independent access, in an enchanting and quiet countryside location, immersed in lush vegetation, a perfect base for those who want to enjoy the island at 360°, being close to the main artery that connects various sides: towards the East Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Rio Marina; towards the West Marina di Campo and the coast of the sun.

Consisting of a living room with double sofa bed and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom. Outside, large space equipped with barbecue, the entire unit is located on the ground floor. It is free on three sides and has large outdoor spaces: an entrance courtyard with gravel, a large pergola with wisteria with garden furniture and a small fenced garden.

- You must always make sure that the barbecue is turned off and it must be cleaned after each use.
