Took my grandpa who is 80. He was so impressed by the cabin, location, and communication with the property manager. Everything was perfect. Was not anything we needed that wasnt there. All your local places to eat or shop is all within 8 mins of your cabin.

We loved this cabin and cannot say enough how much we were impressed with the service from Colonial Properties. They reached out to us several times to make sure everything was ok and sent a maintenance man out when we had an issue with the hot tub. The cabin provided quick easy access to downtown Pigeon Forge and it was nice to not have to drive very far to get home after a long day.

The cabin was beautiful,in a great location, love the setup. One recliner did not recline.When the tub was used upstairs there sounds like a drip of water can be heard. I reported the recliner it was if they already knew. I flip houses from time to time and water can cause a problem if not fixed.

Love this cabin and it's location. It's really close to all the action. The staff was really kind and helpful. My family felt safe and secure. We enjoyed our vacation. Thank you all.
