Ilisia is a district of Athens located on the eastern side of the City of Athens, between Ambelokipi, Goudi, Zografou, Kesariani and Pagrati. It features the pine forest of Syggrou and the green squares of Madrid and Brazil.
Ilisia was flown by the river Ilissos. Today Ilissos flows along Michalakopoulou and Kallirroe streets, because since the 1960s it has been underground. From the area of Ilissia starts the campus.
