It is situated 150 meters from the beach, 3 km from the beautiful town of Ierapetra and 500 meters from greek taverna..

An amazing villa! We’ve just had the best week staying here. It was very clean and spacious, the pool was cleaned every morning. The cleaner was amazing too. Absolutely recommend

Really enjoyed the property and stay at Villa Panorama. The villa came very well equipped for all of our needs and was incredibly spacious. It had 3 large bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom and one bedroom downstairs with 2 twins downstairs. All had a/c and were very clean and comfortable (although we only used 2 of the 4 rooms). The kitchen was well equipped and it had a nice charcoal grill outside as well as a brick pizza oven with Cooking grates. Pool was nice although a little cold on our visit, but we still enjoyed being in the sun by the pool. The yard is very well maintained and clean! Christo was very helpful when we had a question. The nice thing was it sat up overlooking the main harbor and provided a great sunset. Would definitely recommend.

Our vacation in the Panorama Villa was wonderful! Starting with the warm welcome by Christos, who picked us up and showed us the way to the house, a freshly baked cake from his wife and a basic supply of food, to perfect service (daily pool cleaning, garden maintenance, cleaning) everything was so that we immediately felt comfortable and had a vacation mood. The villa is located directly on the coastal road, Ierapetra (very beautiful and not overcrowded in the low season) and the surrounding area are easy to reach. The beautiful and well-kept beach of Koutsounari is also only about 10 minutes away by car. Excursions inland are also recommended and easy to do.A path leads from the villa directly to the sea, but it is only accessible for people who are very sure-footed (steep and scree) and you have to walk a short distance along the road. Christos is a great host, always friendly and easy to reach. The key handover at the end was also straightforward and to top it all off, we got another freshly baked cake for our last day! If you don't get into the vacation mood here, you can't be helped! We would love to come back!
