Enjoy a short walk or float to Lake Michigan or downtown Glen Arbor for the ultimate Northern Michigan escape.
🐾 Pet Policy – Pet fee is $250 per stay for up to 2 dogs (50 lbs max each). Please notify us in advance so we can prepare pet amenities. While we strive to minimize allergens, guests with sensitivities should be aware. Use provided sofa covers and designated towels for pets. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

Gather indoors or dine outside in the covered porch with a large dining table and picnic seating. Each kitchen includes an island with bar seating—plenty of room for group meals or cozy morning coffee overlooking the river.

Two inviting living areas feature plush furnishings and Smart TVs with streaming apps (log in with your own accounts). Whether curling up by the fireplace or playing games with family, this home makes it easy to relax.

Step outside to the veranda or backyard and unwind in Adirondack chairs by the river or around the outdoor fire pit. The dock extends into Crystal River, offering a serene spot for morning coffee or sunset views.
Our cottage is right on Crystal River, a short distance from Lake Michigan. The property is shaded with trees, and often there is a nice breeze blowing. AC is provided by the 5 mini-split units in the property, they are in all 4 bedrooms and 1 in the main living space upstairs. Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan, with the exception of the loft.
Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 13 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pets fees are $250 up to two pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.
Hot Tub Access: The hot tub is available for guest use—please enjoy it responsibly and at your own risk. All posted rules must be followed at all times. Failure to follow hot tub guidelines that results in misuse requiring draining, cleaning, and refilling will incur a $325 service fee.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Beautiful home & location on the clear and shallow Crystal River. Tons of amenities- kayaks were loved most. This home is ideal for a teen floor upstairs- many beds, its own kitchen and living room. We loved that pets were welcome. Hope to be back again!

This is a beautiful location on the crystal river. We enjoyed using the kayaks to paddle up and down and my two boys love the sand on the beach. We had a little situation with some unexpected fire alarms, the first night, but the team worked hard the next day to fix everything.We would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay. House was immaculate. Had all amenities and more. Very well stocked. All beds were comfortable. Perfect for two families. The kids had so much fun using the kayaks. The backyard was an amazing spot to hang out. The price was higher than we usually spend on a vacation rental but we felt it was worth it in this case. I would highly recommend this house.

Gorgeous location, details don't match the priceCrystal River frontage is rare and the outdoor setup delivers - dock, fire pit, sand beach, five kayaks. Worth knowing: you're 50 feet from the main road into Glen Arbor. Traffic runs dawn to dusk, not the quiet woods the photos suggest.The hot tub is in the name of this rental. Upon arrival it was green and full of dirt, cover busted. Tech confirmed it hadn't been serviced in a month. After cleaning it was so over-chlorinated we used it once all week.Cleanliness was a miss. Dusty baseboards, insect-filled window sills, visible pieces of tape and banner remnants still on walls -- not residue, actual signage any walkthrough should have caught. Cheese on the grill from a previous guest. Outdoor furniture too dirty to sit on day one. Weeds and debris throughout the exterior. Rechargeable amenities dead on arrival. Ceiling fan remotes worked in some rooms, not others.Supplies stocked for a couple, not 13 guests. No tissues, no pods in the second floor dishwasher, six pods total downstairs -- one per night. Neither fridge kept up with ice. We bought it all week. A 100 credit was offered for the ice situation but never delivered.No firewood for what is genuinely a great fire pit. At 7 a bundle you're spending 20-30 a night. Have a cord delivered a couple times a season.Host responded fast but felt AI-generated and missed the point.You're paying for the location, which is real. The house isn't keeping up with the rate
