This is a beautifully designed and decorated spacious cabin in a mountain resort setting, with a covered and shady deck that wraps around two sizes of the cabin, complete with hot tub, rockers and outdoor dining.

A stacked stone fireplace that extends from the main floor to the second level roof adorns the living room that holds a sleeper sofa. The soaring ceilings create spaciousness and the cathedral windows let in filtered light from surrounding trees, that cast southern charm upon this delightful alpine inspired cabin. What a beautiful backdrop for photos of a perfect family vacation!

The full kitchen has a new refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and full size washer and dryer. The granite countertops with 2 seats are alongside the dining room table which seats 6-8. Family meal gatherings are made easier by even more seating at the adjacent outdoor table accommodating 6-8 just outside the dining room on the shaded covered deck.

Cabin was ok. A bit of a weird start to our stay though. 20 minutes before check in we still hadn't received our check in code. We did a drive by to find the cabin (nobody was there), then we went grocery shopping. We got back to the cabin 5 minutes before check in. The owner (we assume) was there cleaning. She remained there past our check in time. Check out is 10am. Cleaning should have been done well before our arrival time. Dirty socks were left in the cabin and dishes were in the dishwasher. Towels were a minimum. Listing says sleeps 9, we had 6 and there was only enough towels for 6. Needless to say, we were doing a lot of laundry to have fresh towels. One pool was closed which was fine, but we were not told we needed wristbands for the pool. Bunk bed was a bit sketchy, so we only used the bottom bed. On our last night the cabin guests next to ours were so incredibly loud. At 11:30pm there was a scream so loud/harsh it woke us in a panic. So much so we ran outside to check what was happening. I guess that's a risk you take with a resort style cabin. Location was perfect, but not sure we will be back to this specific cabin.

Nice place; not huge but everything you need to be comfortable with a group up to 8 or so. Best part is the location - it’s just perfect for the experience of staying in a cabin but super close to everything you want to visit in PF. Highly recommended!

Came to area for a car show. Pros -Cabin was in a great location. Easy booking and check-in and out. Host responded to communication quickly and politely. Cons - Pictures were a little outdated. Cabin was not cleaned well. My husband never says anything and he even mentioned it needed cleaned. I do not usually contact host. I am already there and figure I should not have to ask for things that are listed as amenities and/or should have already been fixed or taken care of before I arrive. But unfortunately we did have a couple issues with cabin that we contacted the host about. (No extra trash bags, no batteries in living room remote, we fixed the door knob on the door to the porch after it fell apart it because it was so loose and ants in the shower.) Host was apologetic about all issues and brought trash bags and batteries and sprayed for ants which they explained had been done by an exterminator on a day before our arrival. (I wished they would have sprayed again after we left not while I was there.) Only one of the four pool cues had a tip others were broken. Only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom had to buy my own. Will stay in the area again but not at this cabin.
