PLEASE NOTE:
The road in front of our property, US 31 is undergoing repairs from 4.01.06 to 11.1.06. Only West bound traffic will be allowed, easy detour for guests traveling from the East.There will be delays and noise, they are required to keep our drive open at all times. So if you heading towards a Traverse City location there will be a detour to the East first. Just want all guests to be aware of the situation.

#1 Location, located right off of US 31 easy on and off highway, just 1/2 mile from the traffic light in Interlochen!

#4 The unit is air conditioned for those warm summer days.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our apartment or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our apartment is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, located right off of US 31, potential for road noise, although negligible while inside.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 12 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

The Lake View features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as microwave,pots & pans, coffee maker, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, toaster, blender,slow cooker and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal.
This is a 1 bedroom unit with a queen size bed the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” HD TV, 100+MBPS WIFI . The bathroom has a full size tub/shower,hair dryer. iron/ board and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

A clean comfortable place to rest while exploring around. A great location between many other cities.

Excellent location and amenities. Close to downtown Bellair, along a 1.65 walking path, sauna, fire pits, bikes, you name it. The place is gorgeous and looks brand new. Only slight problem getting the codes to get in but it was handled quickly. Highly recommend.

It was just ok for a one night stay.
The road noise was terrible.
It was missing a top sheet for the hide a bed.
Location was just ok.
VERY DARK and not enough lights in the condo.
No dishwasher, which we knew ahead of time, but thought that was very odd. No one wants to wash dishes on vacation and they tell you to wash them upon checkout. Not very sanitary.
