The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home consists of 2 apartments, which are rented as a single unit. Each apartment has its own entrance. The upper apartment is accessible via the external staircase. The apartments are each 50 sqm in size. Youth groups under 25 are not allowed. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in a carport and on the property.
