The Monroe is in a perfect location, offering both convenience to Rosebank as well as the leafy relaxation of the suburbs.  This modern and trendy studio apartment has a small kitchenette including a washing machine. The bed is a Double, there is ample cupboard space and the bathroom has a walk in shower.  If you are looking for a place to 'work from home' then you can use the table and chair offered as your desk. You can also pull back these chairs to watch Netflix on the TV.

There is a beautiful pool which has a spectacular pool overlooking the suburb as well as a water feature which adds that extra relaxation quality you will need after a long week. Rosebank is the business hub of Joburg and like most of the province's suburbs, Rosebank prides itself on entertainment and experience.

The Corner of Bolton and Oxford are home to the suburbs most popular bars and clubs, while the Keys Art Mile is home to the world-famous Everard Reed and Goodman galleries respectively. The Keys Art Mile opens its doors to night-life on the first thursday of every month for Thirsty Thursdays. Rosebank Mall doesn’t disappoint on this front either, filled to the brim with high end retail stores, craft coffee bars, grocery stores, a cinema and best known for The Zone. An eclectic string of outdoor restaurants and eateries transformed by wall motifs, water features, the open-air and it’s vibrant atmosphere.
