Whether you are out by the private pool, watching the wildlife from the large deck, or relaxing on the screened porch, at Kilindi you will find your happy place.
On the main level, you find the completely remodeled modern kitchen (seating 4 at the island), a large dining room table that seats 10 comfortably with 2 extra chairs available, and a spacious, comfortable living area with large windows overlooking the pond.
From here you enter the screened porch overlooking the private pool and the deck overlooking the natural area. On this level, there is a half bath in the hallway as well as the Master Suite. The Master Suite is complete with a king bed and a large full private bathroom with a double sink and large shower.
There are three guest rooms on the upper floor; one with a king-size bed, one with a queen, and one with two double beds. All rooms are suite-style with their own full private bathroom. On this level, a desk is set up so guests are able to stay connected with work or school while enjoying this beach location. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all linen including comforters will be laundered in between guests.
On the ground level, you find the recreation room with a retro video game and pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top). This makes a convenient area for kids of all ages. The laundry room with a washer and dryer and a half bath are also on this level.
Outside you find the private pool, outdoor shower, covered carport, and a volleyball/badminton field. With the golf cart, your stroll to the beach, or the community pool becomes a breeze!
There is plenty of privacy and space for everyone. So, come enjoy, rejuvenate, and refresh at Kilindi!
The beach access and community pool are located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court. This would be approximately a 12-15 minute walk from Kilindi or an even faster golf cart ride! There is parking for the cart at the beach access.

This place is fantastic. It's large, spacious, and modern while tucked away in a cul-de-sac. The house is clean and has just about everything you need. I like how we could communicate via text for check-in and check-out which made the process easy.
The golf cart made traveling to the beach and pier a simple process. I only wish we could have driven it around other neighborhoods because the kids loved to take rides.
We ran into a couple of issues:
We visited in October and there were a couple of cold nights. The house became cold one night but the heat was locked out on the 'smart' thermostat. It asked for a code and we didn't know what it was. That said, we went one night without heat and everyone was cold. We contacted Spinnaker's Reach Realty (property management company) the next day and they didn't know the code either. We were able to find a workaround but we had to make sure someone was awake around 11:30 every night to change the thermostat because it was on a schedule that we had no control over. We were not happy about this at all and it should be addressed.
The other issue is the mattresses. They are super firm and everyone that stayed the week had an issue with pain the next morning. I'd recommend switching them out.
I'd give this place five stars but the thermostat issue really was a problem and the super firm mattresses didn't help. I highly recommend that the owners look into resolving these issues, especially for those of us who like to vacation during the slow season when it tends to be colder.

Nicely renovated near-beach property on a quiet cul-de-sac. Our family enjoyed the stay with a well equipped kitchen, grill, and baths for almost all bedrooms. Would recommend the house for a smaller group than advertised. The living room and table were really only comfortable for 6-8 adults. The basement bedroom was more of a rec space than a real bedroom (for adults) and did not have direct access to a full bath. The house has a golf cart and ample parking, along with a sweet little pool and side yard with a volleyball net.
