There was an issue that was out of control of the host and required a refund. Host was great and communicative and issued the refund immediately. Comfortable house overall.

Very clean and comfortable house. Screened porch would be great in the summer. Layout would accommodate 2 families.

Ryan was a wonderful host, very communicative, and helpful with anything I asked for help with. Neal, the owner of the home, came and worked on the property, and brought the kayaks to the beach. The beach was a beautiful private beach for the community, it was safe to leave my paddleboard there overnight. The community is very friendly as well. The walk to the beach is less than a mile, but its a quick steep up hill to the house at the end of the walk back. It was charming, private, lovely. I had a fire outside after getting a fire permit, and road my bicycle around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful experience and I am very appreciative of them for hosting me. I would absolutely stay there again.
