Fantastic however, no shampoo or soap in bathrooms. No washer detergent. Check out at 9am is way too early. Not enough beach shade umbrelkas or lounger chairs.

(+)promptly responsive owners, Norman and Tatiana. good location on the island: easy access to groceries. easy access to the beach. kid friendly toys, babygate, pakandplay, trundle beds, plasticware. private outdoor shower. 5 parking spots for all your friends.
(-)would be v e r y cozy with any more than six adults on a rainy day. shared walkway, grill and common interior wall with adjacent unit. low wow/$$ ratio.
errors: 11 people in 1456 sf will not sleep comfortably. no icemaker. featured view is south not east.
