It has a large deck where you can enjoy a meal with friends and family and sit and read a book while relaxing and listening to the brook running through the property. It can sleep up to 12 people.

There is room to park an RV on the right hand side of the house and there is access to 220V outlet in the garage to plug in. Please do not dispose of dirty water on the property.

Please note that max 12 people are allowed on the property (Including RVs). No tents allowed.
Also, street parking Is not allowed per HOA rules. All vehicles/boats/trailers must be parked In the driveway or front/side of the house.
