-We provide a starter set of supplies for each guests stay (1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, all hand soaps, dish soap, 2-3 dishwasher pods, 2-3 laundry soap pods, trash bags), shampoo and conditioner. All linens are provided with your stay, we even have spa towels for your use!
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled between 0-13 days from your stay will receive 0% refund.

Clean and spacious. Plenty of room for large family or multi-family to gather together or retreat to your own space. The kitchen had cookware to prepare meals for a large group. The beds were very comfortable. There were sound machines in each bedroom. The enclosed porch was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in 2027. This beautiful mountain home checked all the boxes for our family vacation! My husband and I along with our three adult daughters and their families had a wonderful stay! Everyone had their own private space but we were able to enjoy meals and fellowship together whenever we wanted. Will definitely book again when doing a family vacation in Blueridge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2026 family vacation at Meghan and Jeff's lovely mountain home! It was even more beautiful in person and had even more room than we needed for our party of 8! It was SO clean & everything about it was in brand new condition! There was truly something for everyone and although we visited restaurants and shops in Blue Ridge, hiked, and ate dinner in Ellijay and McCaysville, we spent most of our time at the home! The hot tub and pool table were favorites and the back porch with fireplace was so serene and a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the mornings! We also enjoyed walking in the quiet neighborhood as well as family frisbee in the street in front of the home! There was so much space inside as well and all of our adult kids continuously commented on how perfect the choice was for our family! Thanks so much for sharing your mountain home with us! We'd love to stay again!
