The location of the property was nice. The house was a little dated-the carpet was worn and the furniture had spots on it. Overall, the house was nice.

We had the most amazing holiday at Encore Reunion in Kissimmee. Our villa was fantastic and we enjoyed staying on a very secure estate with great amenities on site. The restaurant was very good plus the poolside food very reasonably priced. The staff throughout the resort were very knowledgeable, polite and welcoming at all times. The agents Jeeves were extremely helpful whenever the need arose and came almost immediately to rectify any maintenance problems. The accommodation suited our family of 15 very well. Children and their parents upstairs with a separate lounge area for the children if needed. And grandparents used bedroom downstairs with dressing rooms and huge bathrooms. The large swimming pool and jacuzzi a godsend in the Florida heat. A perfect holiday resort and would not hesitate to rebook. Thank you to our owner Erika.

There were 13 of us. 4 Grandchilden and the rest family members.
House was very comfortable for all of us. Bedrooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable for all of us. Grounds were beautiful. Game room amazing, close to many activities and grocery stores. The water park at resort was exceptional and the Restraunt amazing. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for you to stay.
