This quaint 3 bedroom home offers a golf cart, private pool, spacious living room, comfortably furnished sunroom, and a kitchen that is sure to meet everyone's needs with updated appliances and of course both a Keurig and regular coffee maker.
As you enter the home you will find yourself in the airy living room. Just off the living room are the dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. The bedroom located off the kitchen area is furnished with a queen bed and if the hallway is closed off will offer a private full bathroom.
As you make your way to the next level you will find a guest room with two twin beds to the left and a room with a Queen bed to the right. The shared hall bathroom is centrally located in the hall.. Both of these rooms are filled with light and offer Smart TVs.
The completely fenced private pool is accessible through the sunroom or on the ground level. The stroll to the beach is just about 10 minutes or so but a golf cart is provided for easier access. If you agree with us and feel that dogs need a vacation too, bring them along! There is a maximum of 2 and a $150 non-refundable fee for each.
The location of this home is within the beautiful, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge. The beach access is located at the split of Dolphin Ridge Road and Sandy Court which is where you will be able to leave your cart for a day at the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay.Only issue at all was golf kart needs new wire or battery .The house was great.

Loved the swimming pool which was so tiny we called it our puddle. It did the job of cooling us down as we floated around.

We come down to Emerald Isle every year for Easter break. We get our granddaughter and enjoy a week at the beach. The house was beautiful. Equipped well. Close to everything. We had a great time.

This was the perfect place to watch our granddaughter. There’s a pack n’ play and high chair already there, and the backyard was perfect for hanging In while she napped.
