Welcome to Beach Front Blessings, a beautiful, newly renovated beachfront studio condo on the convenient second floor.
Beach Front Blessings offers two brand new queen beds, new flooring, all new furniture (including mattresses), stainless steel appliances, and a brand new 55" TV.
The sand is pearly white, and the water is beautiful! Come and enjoy my freshly painted and updated condo, just steps from the beach.
This unit has a beautiful picture window with one of the best views in the building. You will find the kitchen fully equipped to cook quick meals or prepare snacks. The condo does NOT have a balcony in the unit, but just steps outside down the hall are communal balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cold beverage.
The bathroom has a full combination tub/shower for your convenience.
Enjoy complimentary beach chair service for two w/umbrella from March 1 - Oct 31. A $40/day value, this is no charge for our guests. You'll love having less to carry to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf!
In addition to an outdoor pool, Top of the Gulf provides a fitness center, computer room and children's pool along with a snack shack (open in season) for quick meals and beverages. There isn't a washer and dryer in the condo but a laundry room with washer/dryers is conveniently located very nearby, on the same floor as this condo across the hall from the elevator.
Perfectly located where S Thomas Drive meets Thomas Dr, among many of Panama City Beach's best restaurants. Guests can easily access any of the fantastic restaurants (including a pizza place and an ice cream shop right in front of our building), water parks, grocery stores and more. We are less than 5 miles to Pier Park and approximately 6 miles to Frank Brown Park. A stroll down the beach to the west will find you at Pineapple Willy's, one of the most iconic, don't-miss restaurants/bars in PCB, and just a couple hundred yards east is the world-famous, family-friendly Tootsie's restaurant and bar (three stories with a pool and live music) on the beach.
Important Notes:
~ Views: enjoy a great view through our floor-to-ceiling window. There is NO PRIVATE BALCONY, but a large communal balcony with comfy chairs is just a few steps down the hall.
~ Booking Requirements: primary renter must be at least 21, sign a rental agreement, and be present for the stay. A $200 refundable damage deposit hold is required.
~ Resort Fee: a $30 one-time resort fee is paid to the resort upon arrival and includes a parking pass.
~ Policies: maximum 4 guests. No pets, emotional support animals (ESAs), or visitors allowed.

The room was very clean and, the host was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent view of the beach and pool. Pretty much everything that we needed. Only thing further we could have used was a dresser or some shelf space to be able to unpack our belongings. Also the requested limitations on how low to turn the a/c down kept us a little warm at night, but we understand turning it too low can cause problems so we kept it as requested. Overall very good stay in this unit.

This was our second time staying in this delightful condo, and it was just as great the second time as it was the first. The condo is clean, well stocked, and has a great view of the beautiful beach. We also love that it comes with beach chair service. The host is quick to respond to any questions and checked in with us during our stay. Highly recommend!
