Sought after building 10 third floor unit with large lanai lanai and ocean views. Constantly getting updated from the new owner with new TV's, new refrigerator, new lights. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room keep this unit very comfortable. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook, or a blender and new refrigerator for smoothies and pina coladas or mai tai's. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with stylish contemporary island-style furnishings and large new flat screen HDTV, and a Queen sleeper sofa. FREE wireless high-speed internet access.
The bedroom is a suite and there is another full bath with shower for anyone who wants to sleep on the sofa bed offering privacy for families or friends traveling together. And both offer new TV's and A/C's.
Beach access is just across the street from Kamaole Sands (there are no condos on the other side of the road, just Kamaole III Beach Park), and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This unit includes large beach towels, lightweight beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Baby items such as full-size crib, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair, and booster chair available to rent from a local on island baby equipment rental agency.

- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

We love Kamaole Sands and unit we stayed in was amazing. Very clean, great view, amazing amenities on the property, close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping!

The unit was nice, and comfortable. The biggest issue we had was getting used to the roosters crowing at 4 am. Very nice complex with good security and amenities!

The property manager was responsive, and eventually remedied the issue, but they NEVER apologized. They offered us NOTHING to make up for the stress and inconvenience we experienced. Let me explain.The sleeper sofa was BROKEN when we arrived so we contacted the property manager right away, leaving a message on their after hours line. They responded quickly but said they wouldn't be able to help us that evening because it was after hours. So my daughter had to sleep on the couch that night.They brought an airbed the next day, but never apologized for the inconvenience. No apology, no courtesy, no aloha.Finally on day 4 of our stay they had a new sleeper sofa delivered. We had to move all of our belongings in the living room area to clear the way for the furniture delivery crew.We requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but they refused. I would not stay here again due to their lack of courtesy.
