Location was ideal for short walks to several restaurants, and really close to the beach! We really liked the house, lots of amenities like reclining sofa chairs, and comfy beds, as well as a huge shower in the master bedroom. The bunk beds were really cool, lots of room on the bottom bunks, and the drawers in the steps were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils, pots and pans of all sizes, and everything was in perfect working order. Without a doubt it was a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of weeks, and the owner is very nice and responsive. We only had a couple of minor issues come up, and she took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

Neat little place to get away and be close to the beach and restaurants.

Best place in JAX Beach. Only problem is it’s not always available when we come down

The cottage was lovely, however the air conditioner could not be turned below 75 degrees. There was a dehumidifier that had to be emptied every couple of hours. The dehumidifier and air purifier ran constantly and was rather noisy. Also, there was a distinct musty odor that was very noticeable.
