🌊🌞Pool: Pool is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly, chlorinated, and pH tested, however, there are small black particles that cannot be removed. — they’re harmless and don’t affect the cleanliness of the pool. Our pools are serviced every Monday and Friday after 4 PM.

😃🍵Check-Out: Since there’s a cleaning fee included, we keep check-out stress-free. As long as the home isn’t left in poor condition, you can simply enjoy a last cup of coffee before heading out.

✊🏝️Gardens: We’re proud of our green spaces and have a dedicated gardener. He doesn’t follow a fixed schedule, but you may see him tending the grounds when needed. Thanks for your understanding and appreciation!

🐕🐱Pets are welcome! A fee of $100 per pet applies to your stay. Please let us know if you`re bringing any furry friends!

🧤🚮Trash & Recycling: The city requires all waste to be sorted properly into garbage, recycling, and compost bins. Please help us avoid fines by placing items in the correct cans.

📞📠Locals booking our properties will receive a phone call prior to check-in for additional verification on their reservation. We do not accept Google Voice or Service Phone Numbers and we are authorized to cancel the booking if confirmed.

🏠📢House Rules:

- ✍️👨‍👩‍👦All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of government ID prior to check-in.
- 💳💸For non-Airbnb bookings, a credit card hold is required as a deposit. This is automatically released after your stay, provided no damages occur.
- 🤔😁Early check-ins (before 4 PM) require host approval. A confirmed booking does not guarantee early access — please message us to check availability.
-✍️✍️Just a heads up that the garage is not available for guest use during your stay. Thank you for understanding!
- 📞📠For local guests: we’ll call to verify your reservation before check-in. We do not accept Google Voice or service phone numbers, and reserve the right to cancel if this is the case.
1. Pool is not heated
2. Pool & hot tub not to be used after 9 PM
3. No outside guests in the home due to fire code regulation
4. No more than 2 vehicles allowed. Any additional vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner`s expense
5. Disconnecting the pool sweep for any reason results in a $75 fine. Changing the schedule for the pool sweep will also result in a $75 fine.
6. Please pick up after any animals that you bring
7. This home is located in a residential area so please understand that you are in close proximity with our neighbor`s homes. You are responsible for your group`s interactions with our neighbors and if our neighbors alert us that they feel uncomfortable in any way then your stay will be cancelled with no refund
8.Please note: Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited in the property. Any violation will result in additional charges for excessive utility usage.
