The house was clean and organized. The host was responsive when we contacted him.The beds were comfortable and the neigh orhood was quiet. The property is within walking distace to downtown LeClaire, but the weather was not great so we drove when we were there.

Clean, quiet, and close to downtown.

The property was extremely easy to access, to find, and very close to the Main Street. Our host left very simple instructions and didn't demand much unlike a lot of gig rental locations. We really appreciate the simplicity and price of the place.
Thanks so much! It worked perfectly for the wedding we attended at the Distilling Company; if you don't mind hills, it's a very easy walk.
