House is absolutely beautiful! Celebrated our daughter’s graduation and went to WDW kids enjoyed their own rooms with bathrooms , the pool, theatre room and the glorious kitchen, cooking with all of the kids has always been our happiness but this kitchen was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed our time, didn’t want to pack up and go home. The management team was great at communication and helping us with any needs. Will stay there again!!!!Thank you so much for all of the memories

A very nice and spacious property. Could definitely use some updating and repair of amenities. Vacation rental company could improve their in home directions, especially when it comes to the pool. But overall a nice place for our family to gather and spend time together. We cooked in many times and the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed and more. The kids liked the game room and pool. Only one of the four games in the game room worked fully so that could be improved upon. The media room was awesome and we watched many movies throughout our stay.

The very best thing about this house was the heated pool! I have never stayed in a hotel or rental where the pool heat was so wonderful. The whole pool felt like a nice warm bath. The weather was cool, but we were able to swim comfortably from early morning till night. If we go to Disney again when it is cold, we would rent this house just for the heated pool.The house itself was nice, though built for tall people! The cabinets were very high and it was hard to reach pool towels over the washing machine and some dishes in the kitchen. I did mention to the manager that the house could use a step ladder. I'm 5' and the bed was so high that I had to use one of the benches to get in and out of it.There were a few broken appliances, missing lightbulbs, etc., which is expected in a huge house. Every time I contacted the manager, he responded quickly to remedy what he could.The listing says there is a garage, but it was turned into the game room, so really the only parking is for two cars in the driveway. Other cars have to park on the street, which is tricky. We had 4 cars for 19 people. Security is very particular about how the cars are parked and had to ask us 3x to move cars. The game room was fun, though the games are really loud. It is well insulated, so when the door is closed you cannot hear them.Check out was the easiest I've ever had for a rental. Also we there is a pool fence by the outside kitchen, though it's not listed. Mostly, we enjoyed the house.

The house was clean, but well worn and required maintenance during our stay.Upon arrival, both dishwashers were unusable and required a technician to come to the property. The first available appointment was two days into our stay. One dishwasher was replaced and the other one should have been according to the technician. He was able to take old parts from the replaced dishwasher to get the other one usable for a while.This is the kind of problem that should have been attended to before the next guest arrival not left to the guest to discover.
