Bring your boat or jetskis to this Anna Maria Canal Home with a large 40 ft Private Pool and Spa. Newly remodeled home just 2 short blocks to the beach and located on a quiet canal street. You will love the stylish decor at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor home. Enjoy 1375 sq ft of living area with tile floors, granite counters, brand new furnishings and designer appliances. Flat screen TV's in every room. Large 40 ft pool with an expansive brick paver patio. Have fun fishing from the boat dock in your back yard. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Fully equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer. King Bed in Master Bedroom. King bed in guest Bedroom. Queen Sleeper sofa in living room.
Non-Smoking Home. Pet friendly with approval and Non-Refundable Pet fee.
Please Note: Garage and Boat Lift not available for guest use. The boat dock will accommodate a boat up to 26ft.

No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary. Fees may be charged to the tenant to heat private pools. Please inquire when booking.
Per the City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily. This includes noise at the pool area.

Overall, the property was nice. The inside had been recently renovated, the location on the canal was great-we brought our boat. I do think it’s overpriced for what you get, but that seemed to be the case for most in the area.The biggest issue was the smell coming from the bathroom sinks. They made the entire house smell like a public restroom for our entire stay. It was bad enough that I had to keep the bedroom ceiling fan and our portable fan running constantly to help with the odor.Multiple maintenance workers came to the property while we were staying there. The pool service and someone using a leaf blower. The pool wasn’t dirty, and the leaf blower actually blew debris back into it. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and have never had routine maintenance done while the property was occupied. Unless it’s an emergency, this should really be scheduled between guests.There were also several maintenance issues. The smoke detector in our bedroom was hanging from the ceiling by its wires, we weren’t even sure it was functional. The front screen door was hanging on by one screw, so we couldn’t use it. My husband ended up fixing the door so we wouldn’t be blamed for the damage.The cleanliness could have been better as well. I dropped something beside the bed and noticed the areas under the bed and nightstands hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.The updated interior gives a great first impression, but the overall experience didn’t match the price point.

Great house on the canal where we tied up our 21’ boat for a week. Clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to spend the evenings.

The property was very comfortable. Plenty of space and the pool was clean and relaxing… The boat dock was in excellent condition! Would definitely stay at this rental in the future.
