It has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is separate and has a kitchenette, it is an induction cooker and is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils/equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



It also has a private landscaped patio of approximately 50 m² with swimming pool, which allows complete privacy, with garden furniture and barbecue. The property has internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating and electric radiators, 2 smart TVs, hair dryer, etc.
