This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

I stayed here 2 weeks for my vacation in May. The condo was nicely decorated and had a small full kitchen that met my needs. There is an amazing view of Sapphire bay from the balcony because the condo complex is built on the mountain overlooking Sapphire bay, use caution the roads in the complex are steep&curvy when driving to the top of the complex.The host was quick to respond to my internet outage but after it was restored it only lasted 2 days and went out again but that's how it is on this island.I didn't use the internet much anyway, because I spent all day at the beaches or out sightseeing.Sudi's restaurant is amazing try the Bushwacker they invented that drink it's delicious! The restaurants on Sapphire beach are also very good.Especially Sea Salt and beach buzz for breakfast. Red hook town is less than a mile up the road, ferry to St.John is there restaurants,grocery store,shops as well lattes in paradise, has good coffee & breakfast.The only issue was the power went out for 2 days did come back on periodically but didn't stay on long no backup generators for inside condos so there was no power and nothing to keep it cool or lit at night during that time and no breeze comes in windows building is built to deflect winds for hurricanes. Host was quick to respond to my messages said complex is waiting for parts for generators to hook up for inside condos. Friendly suggestion to host rechargeable/battery lights & fan would help.I own an Airvana bladeless it works great!

We LOVED our stay and would recommend it to anyone going to St. Thomas. The location was unbeatable, and the property was equipped with everything we needed and more!

Our stay was excellent besides the flooring partially cleaned but we found the broom and took care of it also the guest next door in room 319 was constantly moving of furniture all hours of the night and early mornings was ridiculous but overall the location was on point we will definitely be coming back and renting again if there’s availability
