My bungalow is located in the heart of Hollywood and is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Hollywood's most famous attractions.

We enjoyed are stay here! Close to Hollywood Blvd and Sunset. The house was really clean and alot more room than expected from the pictures. The house was well stocked with paper goods and had everything we needed for our day. The backyard is private and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and very convenient to Hollywood attractions. The house had all the necessary amenities and a cute private back yard. The neighborhood seemed to have a few sketchy characters but I never felt unsafe, and there was a locked fence. It’s a quiet street. Overall; it was a positive experience and I would stay again.

Lovely property that was very clean and welcoming. Interior space was ideal for 2 adults and 3 teenage children and the property had a nice homely feel. The kitchen is very well equipped and the laundry facilities were a big bonus after staying in a hotel previously. 10 min walk to Hollywood Boulevard (Chinese Theatre) area and 15 min drive to Universal Studios theme park so handy for the tourist attractions. Property is on a quiet street however we felt save walking up to the main roads. Garden space is a great bonus, although the seating area has been well used and would benefit from a freshen up. A great property for our short break to LA.

Host was responsive initially. However didn’t respond when I told her one of the TVsdidn’t work and the the drain in the bathroom sink was clogged. There were some flaws: the toilet was loose, there was notable mildew and build up throughout the shower. There were broken tiles in the kitchen, and a cracked drawer in the freezer. The surrounding neighborhood wasn!5 the best. It was dirty and filthy with garbage on the sidewalks and street. Unfortunately, I couldn’t walk my dog because of the transient people and rotting garbage. We did have to pay an additional 100 for a pet deposit, which wasn’t detailed in the posting. It was nice that there was available parking and a secured gate.
