Beautiful house in a idealic location with excellent neighbors. House is plenty spacious for big groups and children. Evan is easy to reach and replies promptly. If your on the fence jump off and rent this place you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful relaxing time at the house! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the beach was beautiful - an easy walk to downtown Lexington from the beach itself! The host was very kind and communicative as well :)

It's very spacious, good amenities in the house, pretty good kitchen setup. Not right on the beach but very short walk down. A beautiful house, beautiful beach, we had a very nice time.

We just needed a more “senior friendly” place, we discovered. No fault of the owner.
